No more recipes for Halloween today, just a picture gallery of the sandwiches I recently made, including some repeats like the mac and cheese and BBQ seitan one. Also made some falafel.
I had this random lemon-fish vegan tofu from the Asian food store, didn’t know what to do with it initially, but I ended up veganizing a fish sandwich recipe I found elsewhere.
I kind of went nuts making vegan subs for a couple nights in a row, so get ready for the recipes!
Time for another round of catch up and posting my recipes from the last couple weeks. Today was a simple pizza that turned out ok. I probably won’t make it again though, can’t seem to perfect getting the sliced tomatoes to cook right.
After making lobster rolls I had some leftover sub rolls and decided to throw this last minute recipe together.
This was a new adventure for me. It’s that time of year: the two months of the year when you can purchase lobster mushrooms. Sure, they go for $25 a pound, but they are worth it. This time I tried to make a lobster roll.
This is a nice simple recipe for when you need a break from all the rich foods I normally make.
We love mushrooms in our household. And we had this whole cluster of oyster mushrooms from our at home oyster mushroom farm to cook with!! I made two different types of tacos, both phenomenal.
Sometimes I throw together the weirdest recipes. And what’s even better is when they turn out phenomenal. Now this recipe is not an original from me. I borrowed it from OhSheGlows. I also added kidney beans and spinach. And it was truly one of the best meals I have made in a while. OMG.
