This is one of my favorite recipes to make, and super easy. Plus you can sub out and in lots of additives.
I like to use spinach tortilla wraps (used them for this recipe since I first made it and it has stuck).
Basically I place some veganaise over the bottom of the tortilla. Then I fill the wrap with sliced tomatoes, romaine lettuce, occasionally red onion, a sliced veggie burger, and BBQ sauce.
For this round I also put in avocado, and I used the Gardein Black Bean Chipotle burgers, topped with some vegan daiya pepperjack cheese.
