Yes, I know, it’s been way too long…since my last post we’ve moved to New Mexico (The Veganaut, myself, and all the animals). Lots of recipes this month to try to back log. Enjoy!
These are just some pictures of breakfast prep by me first, then a recipe. The top pictures are my usual assembly line tofu scramble production, from left to right there are spicy black beans with salsa, my usual tofu, then fried potatoes with soyrizo.
Now for the recipe. These pictures might not look that appetizing, but damn they are good, and easy.
-one package of hash browns
-one package of chao cheese
-one package of vegan bacon, chopped
-one package vegan sausage, chopped
-one package Vegg
Take your casserole dish, spray with non-stick spray, then lay out the hash browns on bottom.
Next line all the chao cheese on top of that. Whisk together the whole package of Vegg and pour on top of the hash browns. Lastly drop the chunks of bacon and sausage throughout. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Super easy to cut up and make small portions of a breakfast meal.
