Buffalo Chick’n Ring

This one is a huge hit for parties, something to keep in mind with the Superbowl coming up.


-two packages vegan chick’n from TJs

-one container tofutti cream cheese

-1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

-1 bag Daiya pepper jack cheese

-2 containers of vegan crescent rolls

First you mix together all the ingredients except the crescent rolls. Then you put your small container for range on a greased cookie tin (see picture) and use that to lay out all the crescent rolls so the bottom is continuous but the outside of the ring looks like a wreath (this will make two tins worth).

Then spread the mixture you made earlier in to this center ring, and wrap up the outer leaflets of crescent roll up and over.

Remove the bowl (that was just to help you make the ring) and bake at 375 for 35 minutes. When it is done, I replaced the bowl with ranch dressing in the middle.
