Been awhile since I made pizza. I used the leftover spicy tomato sauce from yesterday’s recipe as the base for one of these pizzas.
For the first pizza I made a vegan béchamel sauce as the base, then topped it with raw peppers, Italian tofurkey sausage, and mushrooms, then a little Daiya cheese.
Then the second, which was AMAZING! I pre-roasted garlic and brussels sprouts. Then the toppings were the spicy tomato sauce, then the garlic, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and vegan chick’n, all topped with a little daiya mozzarella.
Bake each at 475 for 12ish minutes.
