Though I hate to admit it, for once this recipe looks better than it tastes. But that might be because I don’t like marshmallows, so not quite sure why I made it.
- 1 box vegan brownie mix, mixed as box instructed only using flax seed egg replacer
- 1/2 bag of vegan marshmallows
- 2 small bags of No Whey’s Peanot Butter Cups
- 1 container of vegan chocolate chip cookie dough
take an 8×8 baking pan and line with foil, then grease this.
Spread a layer of the cookie dough on bottom. On top of this pour the brownie batter. On top of this speed the peanut butter cups, and then the marshmallows.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
