Cookie Dough Cheesecake

When offered bowl of potato chips or a dessert, 90% of the time I chose the potato chips. Yet whenever I am making dessert I seem to make them over the top, with combos of various things resulting in a decadent, mouth watering dish. here is another example of this. 


  • premade vegan cookie dough (there are several brands for sale at Whole foods)
  • 3 containers of vegan cream cheese
  • 1 cup tofutti sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 flaxseed egg equivalent
  • graham cracker crust (either home made, or if you search very hard at the stores there are the occasional vegan brands)

Blend the sugar, sour cream, cream cheese, and vanilla together. Then add the flaxseed  and blend. img_9541

Pour this in to the crust.

Then make small balls of cookie dough and drop throughout the cake.

This will make two cakes worth.

Bake at 350 for one hour, let chill overnight before eating.
