It seriously doesn’t get better than this. Seriously.
- tortilla chips
- your favorite BBQ sauce
- vegan chick’n strips (I chopped up some Beyond Meat grilled strips here)
- diced red onion
- diced tomatoes
- vegan bacon, diced and dried
- cheese (Daiya)
First fry up the vegan bacon in a little grapeseed oil, then set aside.
Next fry up the Chick’n strips and cook in your BBQ sauce with the mix, then set aside.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. OMG. It doesn’t get better than this. Feel free to top with some sour cream (tofutti) and avocado when you are all done baking.
