This was a modified non-vegan recipe from Facebook that turned out amazing. The recipe is for two pies, as I brought one to work and kept the other at home.
- Vegan cookie crumb pie crust (I bought pre-made graham cracker pie crusts from vegan essentials cause I am lazy)
- 2 cups vegan chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 cans worth of coconut milk whipped cream
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 containers vegan tofutti cream cheese
In a large bowl mix together the vanilla, cream cheese, margarine, and sugar. Then add in the chocolate chips after melting them.
Mix well and pour in to the pie dishes.
Top with decorations- I used soy whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
