Vegan BBQ Black Bean Chili

Here’s some more slow cooker recipes for you.

Ingredients:IMG_8293

  • 2 containers of vegan chick’n strips from TJs
  • 2 cans drained/rinsed black beans
  • 2 can drained/rinsed diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup veggie broth
  • 1 TBsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup vegan BBQ sauce
  • daiya cheddar

Mix all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for one hour- this was surprisingly sweet with the BBQ sauce in it. Top with daiya cheddar!
