Here’s some more slow cooker recipes for you.
- 2 containers of vegan chick’n strips from TJs
- 2 cans drained/rinsed black beans
- 2 can drained/rinsed diced tomatoes
- 1 cup veggie broth
- 1 TBsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup vegan BBQ sauce
- daiya cheddar
Mix all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for one hour- this was surprisingly sweet with the BBQ sauce in it. Top with daiya cheddar!
