vegan BBQ Chick’n Pizza

This was a fun and easy one to make with the leftover pizza dough I had.

Ingredients:

  • Premade pizza dough
  • daiya cheeses
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 package TJs vegan chick’n strips
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • vegan ranch dressing
  • avocado

First fry up the chick’n in a little olive oil and the BBQ sauce.

Then spread out the dough- cover with another thin layer of BBQ sauce, then cheese. Then on this the chick’n and onion, then another layer of cheese.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Serve topped with avocado slices and vegan ranch dressing.
