Taco Salad Pizza!

This was an easy but amazing dish, very Lilith.


  • pizza dough
  • guacamole
  • 1 can drained olives
  • 1 can drained kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 can drained jalapenos
  • 1 package vegan chick’n
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • fajita seasoning
  • daiya cheese
  • toppings of your choice

Spread out the pizza dough and apply the guac like sauce. Next apply cheese to the pizza. In a skillet cook the olives, each can beans, chick’n, jalapeños and corn in some olive oil. Apply some fajita seasoning to this. Then use this to top the pizza. Cook at 500 for 12 minutes. IMG_6270

Top with your choice oe taco salad toppings: I used romaine, salsa, and vegan sour cream.
