Per the Veganaut this was the best dessert I have ever made.
It was a relatively simple dessert too, though took a couple steps.
- 20 oreos
- 1 container vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
First you’ll make the innards: put all your oreos in a for processor, and then combine with the cream cheese. Once this is all mixed up together put back in the fridge for an hour.
Then using a teaspoon scoop some of this on to a pretzel and sandwich another pretzel on top. Put back in the fridge for another hour.
Then melt the chips (I normally melt in the microwave for 60-90 seconds with a little margarine). Dip the pretzels in half way to this and place back on a baking sheet with wax paper, and let cool in the fridge for another hour.
