I mentioned I am experimenting with the new Heidi Ho vegan chèvre. This recipe was one I threw together on my own, super proud of it.
- 8 slices bread
- vegan margarine
- 1 package vegan blueberry chèvre, by Heidi Ho
- 4 slices vegan daiya provolone
- 1 pear, sliced
Assembly is simple:
Put the provolone on one side of the sandwich, the chèvre on the other, and the pear in between. Fry on medium heat in margarine. This is definitely melt in your mouth amazing.
