I ran across this recipe on a running website, and made it the night after our fried food fest which was a nice healthy change.
I added some romaine lettuce to the bowl.
I used real sugar instead of stevia.
I added almost double of everything it called for (so that we had leftovers).
For the dressing I used a whole can of chickpeas, and 1 tsp of agave instead of stevia, but all the other ingredients were the same.
