A Simple Vegan Meatball Pizza

Co-hosted a New Year’s Eve party the other night and made some tasty foods. I re-made several pizzas that have worked well before, but made a new simple one as well.

Using Whole Foods meatless meatballs and a green bell pepper. Basically I rolled out the dough, covered it with some pizza sauce, and then a layer of Daiya mozzarella. Next I topped it with a bag of Whole Foods Meatless Meatballs and the sliced green bell pepper. I topped this with some cheddar. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Super tasty!
