Sorry it’s been so long since I posted. Worked a lot of the last two weeks and didn’t have time, but I will try to make up for it with these couple recipes now. I was definitely on a mac and cheese kick last month, and this recipe is certainly a continuation of that obsession.
This is actually a pretty easy recipe. I have tried lots of vegan mac and cheese recipes in the past, but recently have found that this one works best so I just stick with that.
Make your mac and cheese. Then take two packages of cubed seitan and stir them in a large bowl of BBQ sauce.
Roll out some TJs pizza dough. First cover the bottom of the dough with the BBQ seitan mixture. Then top with a healthy serving of mac and cheese so as to cover the whole pizza. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
