This is seriously so simple. I even pre-chopped the strawberries the night before, and had the dry ingredients mixed the night before, so was able to throw these on the griddle first thing in the morning.
- 2 cups flour
- 4 TBsp baking powder
- 4 TBsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups almond milk
- 4 TBsp canola oil
- 1 container chopped strawberries
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and strawberries. On medium heat use 1/3 cup to make a pancake, spreading out a bit if it does not on its own. Cook about 2-3 minutes each side in a small amount of canola oil.
