I was reading a vegan post on buzzfeed recently and came across this nifty recipe for vegan cinnamon rolls using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. I sadly could not figure out how to roll them appropriately, but made these cinnamon biscuits instead. Basically I had squares of the rolls, I slathered (yes, that is a word) them with vegan margarine, then brown sugar and cinnamon. Then I rolled them up on themselves and placed them in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Not as pretty but still super tasty! And a quick treat to make.
