Modified my last one with some ingredients in the house for another tasty apple breakfast hash.
This one involved first dicing a bag of fingerling potatoes the night before and then on the morning of frying these in a large heap of margarine. Then I added 3 chopped apples and 1 package of vegan breakfast sausage links. After the sausage and potatoes were a little browned I added in a bag of spinach and wilted it down to the mixture. Last I added the leftover vegan muenster cheese I had from this recipe and some spices.
The spices consisted of 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, and 2 TBsp dried parsley flakes.
