my obsession with vegan pizza continues

Another simple vegan pizza for you all: I once again used the pre-made whole wheat pizza crust from TJs, and the toppings go like this:

First puree 1 package of fresh basil, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 TBsp garlic, and 1/2 cup pine nuts together. This is the sauce that you should spread over the crust. Then for toppings I used artichoke hearts and sliced green tomatoes.

Top this all off with a little daiya mozzarella and bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
