Mediterranean Pizza

This was a new recipe I tried out for pizza night: and it was great!
The difference was that it used a white sauce.

The sauce that I spread on the pizza dough was a mixture of 1 cup vegenaise, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 TBsp oregano, and 1 cup daiya mozzarella.

I spread this over some TJs Italian pizza dough, then topped that with fresh spinach as well as cooked mushrooms and artichokes, and lastly another layer of daiya mozzarella. This was baked at 425 for 15 minutes.
